I've been training with Alex King. He is showing me how to use Kettle bells. It's an awesome workout that utilizes your whole body with every pose you perform. Im seeing great results. Thank you Alex. www.kettlebellsla.com

      Sounds like CrossFit. You should look into it and try it out. It's so fricken intense. Look up the 300 Workout on Google, and that's basically CrossFit at its peak. Go to www.crossfit.com for more info.
